Day 5: Grouper

Grouper is Day 5 in Dock Fight: 12 Days of Fishing. Every species card helps make the deck feel like a Florida dock table, while the Day number keeps the game fast, readable, and full of HIT / STOP / BUST decisions.

Species Note

Grouper gives Dock Fight a grounded, reef-heavy feel. It looks sturdy, which fits the way completed Stringers can anchor your game.

Game Insight

A completed Grouper Stringer is progress, but it is not untouchable. Burn 3 can Cut a Stringer, breaking an opponent's completed Stringer when the timing is right.

Dock Fight Table Tip

Protect your lead by watching who can afford Burn 3. In Dock Fight, the player with the strongest dock can become the easiest target.

The goal stays simple: build three Stringers and end your turn holding Fisherman Frank. The fun is deciding how much of the dock you are willing to risk before you STOP.
